REFUNDS & RETURNS

At Significant Printz, our main goal is to ensure that you are satisfied with your order and want to come back again (with a few friends ;-). 

Please do not hesitate to contact us if there is an issue with your order.  When feasible, we do our best to determine our policies based on the circumstances of each customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right

Exceptions / non-returnable items
As our store offerings expand, so must our policies. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products) or health/safety products (masks, gaiters, etc.). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item in your order, please contact us at significantprintz@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, instructions on how and where to send your package, as well as expectations for your exchanges package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

In the event your refund request is honored...
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
